Product and Installation
How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
Measure the widest width and tallest height of your wall in centimetres or inches, then add a safety margin of 5 – 10 cm (≈ 2 – 4 in) on each edge to compensate for any wall irregularities. Enter the total in the calculator on each product page to preview coverage before ordering.
Which glue should I use?
A ready-mixed, thick vinyl wallpaper paste gives the best adhesion. Roll the paste directly onto the wall one strip at a time for easier handling and a secure bond on most surfaces.
Can I hang the wallpaper by myself?
Yes. Our panels are 60 cm / 24 in wide for easy handling. Each strip is numbered, printed with alignment marks, and supplied with a step-by-step PDF plus video guide. Need help? Our live-chat team can walk you through the process in real time.
Choosing the right material for your wall
After you place your order we’ll confirm your wall type:
• Use Peel & Stick for hard, smooth surfaces (tiles, glass, metal, PVC).
• Use Classical Wallpaper installed with vinyl paste on standard painted or primed walls.

Are the inks and materials safe for my family and the environment?
Yes. We print with water-based, odour-free inks that are solvent-free, PVC-free, and GREENGUARD Gold certified. The base material is FSC-certified fibre, so the wallpaper is non-toxic for children and pets and kind to the planet.
Shipping and Delivery
What are the delivery time-frames?
Dispatch time: 2 – 4 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping time: 2 – 4 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.
Orders placed after 14:00 UK time are processed on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our workshop you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order any time on our tracking page.
Returns and Support
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return your order for any reason, provided items are unused and in their original condition. This extends the statutory 14-day UK withdrawal period so you can buy with confidence.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
If your parcel is damaged in transit, notify us within three business days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll process your claim as quickly as possible.
